Privacy notes for agencies using ContentPillow Agency
This page explains in general terms what information the site handles when you browse it or order links, and what you should tell your own clients.
If you only read the guides
You can read every guide without an account. Like most sites, ours receives standard technical details when a page is requested, such as the address of the page and basic browser information.
We use that to keep the site working and to see which guides are read. It is not used to build a profile of you.
If you create an account and order
An account holds the details needed to run the service: your login, your balance, your baskets and your ordered links with their status. Invoices and proforma invoices draw on the same account data.
Orders include the target URLs, keywords and, where you supply them, prompts or articles. Treat those as business information that you have chosen to give us so the placement can be created.
When you pay, payment is handled in the dashboard. We do not ask for card details by email or chat.
What to tell your own clients
- Which links were ordered for their site, and where they appear
- Whether the article was AI-written, written from your prompt, or supplied by you
- That target URLs and keywords you enter are used to create the placement
- That you will share an orders list only with their agreement
Cookies and the budget widget
The budget widget on the home page is a local estimate. It runs in your browser to add up a plan, and nothing you type there is an order.
Basic site analytics may count visits. We do not use it to follow you from one site to another.
Ask us through the account page if you want a specific detail.
Sharing and service providers
Placements are published on third-party websites, so the link, its text and the article around it are public once live. Do not put anything confidential into an order.
We may use service providers for hosting, payments and analytics. They process data to provide those services for us, not for their own marketing.
Questions and requests
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to ask for it to be removed, use the account page. We will look at each request on its merits and in line with the rules that apply to us.
This notice is general. We update it when how the site works changes, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. For how orders work in practice, see the order walkthrough.
Read it with the terms.
